Monica Aguirre is currently CEO of Stargroup, a telecommunications and satellite services company in México. Prior to her current position she served as CFO of the same group, and also has experience in Investment Banking at BBVA Bancomer. Monica is Mexican and has an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa Business School in Madrid.
Gildardo is a Mexican businessman with a career in the national and international public service. He is Co-founder of Emerging America, an electricity generating company with activities in different states of the Republic. He is founder and served as President of the Mexican Association of Entrepreneurs in Washington DC. He has written several books, among which are: "The educational future: Districts" (2013), "Central Corridor: Global Agenda for investments in Mexico." (2016). Gildardo has a Masters in Policy Management from George Town University, and is a Business Administration graduate from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
She is the CEO of Energyby5 Mexico, a firm specialized in the design and implementation of electricity
and natural gas purchasing strategies.
Andrea has 9 years of experience in the energy sector in Mexico, having advised clients within the
electrical industry in Mexico prior to and after the 2013 Energy Reform. It has extensive experience in
developing generation projects, signing supply contracts and operating the new wholesale electricity
model.
Andrea has a law degree from ITAM and a master's degree in Sustainable Management of Water
Resources from the University of Zaragoza.
Elie is the head of business development at First Solar for Mexico, Central America and Colombia. Elie is in charge of commercialization of First Solars’ portfolio & works with clients in order to optimize any project financially wise. Before this role Elia was the country head of EWT (Emergya Wind Technologies), in where he developed the wind turbines market for "inside the fence self-supply”. Elie holds a bachelors degree in International Relationships at Tec de Monterrey, and also a Masters in Energy and sustainability from Monash University in Australia.
